Standard Terms and Conditions

1. Payment

a.  Payment is accepted online using approved credit or debit cards.

b. Orders are accepted by telephone on 05602 165364 with payment by approved credit or debit card.

c. If you wish to pay by Paypal, please send us an email to customerservices@angelbake.co.uk with full details of the items you wish to order and we will send a money transfer request through Paypal for you to fulfill. Once fulfilled we will dispatch your order.

2. Pricing

a. All prices on the website and in our latest brochures are inclusive of VAT but exclude postage and packaging.

b. All prices on the website and in our latest brochures supersede any other prices and are subject to change without notice.

c. Bulk discounts may be applied at the discretion of Angelbake Ltd.

d. Whollesale/trade discounts are available for genuine wholesale/trade customers. Details should be submitted via the website contact form for consideration by Angelbake Ltd.

3. Delivery and dispatch

a.  Shipping will be calculated at cost at checkout.

b.  We will endeavour to despatch all items within the timeframes below providing the items are in stock. If there is to be a delay with your order we will inform you immediately by email.

All items will be despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Packet or Standard Parcel post.

Within UK Mainland – allow 2 working days for delivery for weight up to1200g.

Standard parcels – delivery within 3 to 5 days for weight 1200g to 20kg.

Weight over 20kg will be delivered by Royal Mail Parcels or other courier.

c.  Orders reaching a net value of £150 and over and a weight less than 20kg qualify for FREE DELIVERY.

d.  Special delivery requests will be undertaken at cost. Please email us at customerservices@angelbake.co.uk with your requirements.

e.  Channel Islands, Isles of Wight and Scilly may incur higher postal charges.

f. In all events please allow 28 days for receipt of delivery to allow for any delays within the postal system.

g. The shipping charge is calculated by weight. The total price including shipping will be displayed on the checkout page. Shipping prices are for UK only. If you wish to ship items to to other countries, please email us for shipping charges at customerservices@angelbake.co.uk.

h. Any damaged or faulty items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

i. If your order appears to have been lost, damaged or stolen, and we can make a claim against Royal Mail for the item, we will redispatch the same order after 15 working days at no charge. If you wish to receive the order within 15 working days, we will charge you the full amount for the order and delivery.

j.  If you have been charged for redispatch of goods and your original order is subsequently delivered, you may return it to us for a full refund.

k.  If after redispatch of your order, the original order is delivered after 15 working days we will refund the charge for the original order once compensation has been received from Royal Mail.

l.  An invoice will be sent with each order, except for gift items where the invoice will be sent to the payee. All invoice numbers must be quoted in any query or correspondence.

4. Returns and refunds

a.  Refunds will be given to customers who contact us in writing by post within 7 days of receiving their goods. Refunds will  be given only if:

  i)         The returned goods are received at the following address:

  ii)         The goods have not been used or opened and are in good condition. All weights will be checked.

b. Where goods are returned and it is not the fault of Angelbake Ltd, we will make a handling charge of 15% of the original purchase price. The price of post and package is not refundable of either the original order or the returned goods.

c. Refunds can only be issued to the payment card originally debited.

d. Refunds will be issued on the day of receiving and checking returned goods.

e. It is the customer’s responsibility for the postage and the goods when returning items to us. Angelbake Ltd cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged when returned to us. We cannot refund any items we do not receive.

f. It is the customer’s responsibility to make a claim against any item lost, stolen or damages once sent for return to us.

Permission is only granted for electronically copying sections of this website solely for the purpose of placing an order with us or as a shopping resource. All other uses of this website and its content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken and full costs recovered against any such occurrence.

We are committed to maintaining your privacy. All personal information you provide to Angelbake will be handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and will remain strictly confidential. No personal information about you will be shared with any other organisation without your prior consent.
